【THE BELCOMO】「SG Club」監修のカクテルコレクションが登場
THE WORLD’S 50 BEST BARS、世界のベストバーランキング常連の『The SG Club』によるカクテルコレクションがTHE BELCOMOのバーに登場いたします。Barカルチャーを楽しむ時間と空間づくりで世界的な評価を誇る「The SG Club」がTHE BELCOMOにぴったりの1970年代に一世を風靡したクラシックカクテルを、現代の感性でアレンジした “モダンクラシック” スタイルのカクテルの数々がメニューに並びます。
また、5月30日(金)の夜は『The SG Club』よりゲストバーテンダーとして星拓臣さんを迎え、新しいカクテルプログラムリリースの初日の晩をより華やかにスタートします。

ー 星 拓臣 Takumi Hoshi ー

< 経歴 / Career >
2010: Began his career in the culinary industry studying French and Japanese cuisine as a Commis Chef at Azamino-Ukai Tei (Yokohama)
2013: Started his bartending career at Bar Jusakon (Sagamihara) Placed bronze in the Yokohama Cocktail Competition
2014: Started working for ANA Intercontinental Tokyo as a bartender at MIXX Bar & Lounge while studying Hospitality and Hotel Management
2016: Moved to Shanghai to work under Shingo Gokan at Speak Low, the first store within SG Group, as a bartender
2018: Became a head bartender at Speak Low (Shanghai)
2022: Joined SG Group Tokyoʼs Foreign Relations and Business Department
2024: A new company, SG & SONS, is established within the SG Group,
and Takumi is appointed as a director.
SG & SONS has a wide range of activities in the bar industry, with a focus on consulting, liqueur production and development, and product distribution.
