Staying Stipulation
- Article 1
- 1. Contracts for Accommodation and related agreements to be entered into between this hotel and the Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practic
- 2. In any case when the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest, insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, such special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Application for Accommodation Contract
- Article 2
- 1. A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of following particulars:
- (1) Name of the Guest(s)
- (2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
- (3) Accommodation Charges (based, in principle, on the Basic Accommodation Charges listed in the Attached Table NO.1)
- (4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
- 2. In the event that the Guest requests, during his/her stay, the continuation of the stay beyond the date specified in Item 2 of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat it as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made. To do:
Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts etc.
- Article 3
- 1. A Contract for Accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding Article. However, the same shall not apply when it can be proved that the Hotel has not accepted the application.
- 2. When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay (3 days if it exceeds 3 days) is paid by the date specified by the hotel. Please make the payment.
- The application fee shall be first applied to the final accommodation charge to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation arises in which the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 are applied, then the penalty shall be paid in order of compensation. If there is any remaining balance, it will be refunded at the time of payment of charges as stipulated in Article 12.
- 4. If the application fee in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel in accordance with the provisions of the same Paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, this is limited to cases where the Hotel has notified the Guest to that effect when specifying the due date for payment of the deposit.
Special contract requiring no payment of reservation fee
- Article 4
- 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract that does not require the payment of the deposit as stipulated in the same Paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
- 2. In the event that the Hotel does not request the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or does not specify the due date for payment of the said deposit at the time of accepting the application for the Accommodation Contract, it shall be treated as in accordance with the preceding paragraph's agreement.
Refusal of Accommodation Contracts
- Article 5
- 1. The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following Cases:
- (1) When the application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
- (2) When the Hotel is fully booked and no room is available;
- (3) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself in a manner that will contravene the law or act against the public order or good morals in regard to his accommodation;
- (4) When the Guest seeking accommodation is a syndicate, a gangster, an organization or a participant related with a syndicate, or an antisocial force;
- (5) When the Guest seeking accommodation is a corporation or an organization controlled by a syndicate or a gangster;
- (6) When the Guest seeking accommodation is a corporation that includes a gangster;
- (7) When the Hotel is requested and/or forced to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to the Guest's accommodation;
- (8) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious diseases;
- (9) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities, dysfunction of the facilities or any other unavoidable causes;
- (10) A person who intends to stay may be troubled by other guests due to drunkenness etc. When there is a behavior that significantly disturbs other guests. (When it falls under the provisions of Article 10 of the Hyogo Prefectural Inauguration Ordinance Enforcement Ordinance.)
Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest
- Article 6
- 1. The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying to the Hotel.
- 2. If the hotel cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons for which the guest is responsible (except when the hotel cancels the accommodation contract before the payment requested by specifying the payment deadline for the application fee in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the hotel shall charge a penalty as set forth in Annex 2. However, in the event that the hotel accepts the special contract set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the hotel shall notify the guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the guest cancels the accommodation contract in order to comply with the special contract.
- 3. If the hotel does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation (if the estimated time of arrival is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time) without contacting the hotel, , the accommodation contract may be treated as being canceled by the guest.
Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest by the Hotel
- Article 7
- 1. The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following Cases:
- (1) When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted himself or herself in a manner that will contravene the law or act against the public order and good morals in regard to his or her accommodation;
- (2) When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious diseases;
- (3) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other causes of force majeure;
- (4) When the Guest is a syndicate, a gangster, an organization or a participant related with a syndicate, or an antisocial force;
- (5) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other causes of force majeure;
- (6) When it is a corporation, there are persons who are members of organized crime group among its officers;
- (7) When the Hotel is requested and/or forced to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his or her accommodation;
- (8) When there is a danger that guests may cause troubles to other guests due to drunkenness etc. When there is a behavior that significantly disturbs other guests. (When it falls under the provisions of Article 10 of the Hyogo Prefectural Inauguration Regulation Enforcement Ordinance.)
- (9) When not complying with smoking in guest rooms, mischief for firefighting equipment, etc. and other prohibitions on usage rules specified by the hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
- (10) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act in violation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Nuisance Prevention Ordinance ("Ordinance on Prevention of Violent Misconduct, etc. that Causes Significant Nuisance to the Public"), or does not when it is recognized that
- 2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will not charge the accommodation services etc. that the guests have not yet received.
Registration
- Article 8
- 1. The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of the accommodations:
- (1) Name, age, sex, address and occupation of the Guest(s) ;
- (2) For foreign nationality, passport number, port and date of entry into Japan;
- Date and estimated time of departure;Departure date and scheduled departure time
- (4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
- 2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges in Article 12 by any means other than currency, such as traveler's cheques, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc., they shall present them in advance during the registration process.
Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms
- Article 9
- 1. The Guest can use the guest room of the Hotel from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day. However, in the case of consecutive stays, it can be used all day except for the day of arrival and departure.
- 2. The Hotel may, notwithstanding the provisions prescribed in the preceding paragraph, permit the Guest to occupy the room beyond the time prescribed in the same paragraph. In this case, extra charges shall be paid as follows:
- (1) Less than 3 hours, 30% of room charge
- (2) Over 3 hours or more and less than 5 hours, 50% of room charge
- (3) Over 5 hours or more, 100% of room charge
- 3. When Guests intend to pay the charges as stipulated in Article 12 by means other than currency such as traveler's cheques, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc., these should be presented in advance at the time of registration as stipulated in the preceding section.
Observance of Use Regulation
- Article 10
- Guests are expected to comply with the terms of use displayed on the TV, iPad, and website provided in the guest rooms while in the Hotel.
Business hours
- Article 11
- The business hours of the hotel's facilities, etc. will be announced on the iPad provided in the guest room, on the website, etc.
Payment of Accommodation Charges
- Article 12
- 1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest and the calculation method thereof shall be as listed in Appendix 1.
- 2. Accommodation Charges, etc., as stated in the preceding paragraph shall be paid with Japanese currency or credit cards recognized by the Hotel at the front desk at the time of departure of the Guest or the time requested by the Hotel.
- 3. Accommodation Charges shall be paid even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facilities provided for him or her by the Hotel.
Liabilities of the Hotel
- Article 13
- 1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages if the Hotel has caused such damage to the Guest in the fulfillment or the non fulfillment of the Accommodation Contract and/or related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in cases when such damage has been caused due to reasons for which the Hotel is not liable.
- 2. The hotel regularly conducts fire prevention inspections based on the Fire Service Act, but in order to deal with fires, etc., the hotel is covered by corporate liability insurance.
Handling When Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms
- Article 14
- 1. The Hotel shall, when unable to provide contracted rooms, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest insofar as practicable with the consent of the Guest.
- 2. When arrangement of other accommodation cannot be made, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges and the compensation fee shall be applied to the reparations. However, when the Hotel cannot provide accommodation due to causes for which the Hotel is not liable, the Hotel shall not compensate the Guest.
Handling of Deposited Articles
- Article 15
- 1. When damage such as loss or breakage occurs to the goods, cash and valuables deposited at the front cashier by the guest, the hotel shall not exceed 150,000 yen, except in the case of force majeure, and compensates for the damage.
- 2. In the event that a guest brings items, cash, or valuables into the hotel but does not deposit them in the front safe deposit box, the hotel will compensate for any loss, damage, or destruction caused intentionally or negligently by the hotel. However, the hotel will not compensate for damages to items for which the guest has not previously notified the hotel of the type and price, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
Custody of the Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest
- Article 16
- 1. When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel before his arrival, the Hotel shall be liable to keep it only in the case when such a request has been accepted by the Hotel. The baggage shall be handed over to the Guest at the front desk at the time of his or her check-in.
- 2. After the guest has checked out, if the guest's cash or valuables (*) are left behind at the hotel, the hotel will, in principle, store them for seven days, including the date of discovery, and then take them to the nearest police station. Deliver. Other items will be disposed of after one month. However, food, beverages, cigarettes, magazines, etc. will be disposed of the day after check-out.
* “Cash and valuables” refers to items with a certain value such as wallets (cash), credit cards, cameras, mobile phones, watches, precious metals, prepaid cards, licenses, insurance cards, etc. Goods that may be misused by third parties. - In the cases mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs, the Hotel's liability for the custody of the guest's baggage or belongings shall conform to the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1, and shall conform to the provisions of Article 2 in the case of the preceding paragraph.
Liability in Regard of Parking
- Article 17
- When guests use the parking lot of our hotel or the building where our hotel is located, regardless of whether or not the vehicle key is deposited, our hotel and the building where our hotel is located will rent the space and will not assume responsibility for managing the vehicle. However, if our hotel causes damage intentionally or negligently in managing the parking lot, we will be liable for compensation.
Guest Responsibilities
- Article 18
- If the Hotel suffers damage due to intention or negligence on the part of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
Disclaimer
- Article 19
- The use of computer communication from within the hotel shall be done at the guest's own responsibility. Even if the service is interrupted due to system failure or other reasons during the use of computer communication, and the user suffers any damage as a result, the Company does not take any responsibility. In addition, if the Company or a third party suffers damage due to an act that the Company deems inappropriate for the use of computer communication, the User will be required to compensate for the damage.

- The personal information disclosed by the guest in connection with the accommodation contract will be managed in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information".

- These terms and conditions are written in Japanese and English, but in the event of any discrepancies or discrepancies between the two, the Japanese version shall prevail.
