・We will accept phone inquiries until 12:00 on Sunday, May 18th. We will resume phone inquiries from 8:00 on Monday, May 19th.

・We will reply to customers who contacted us by email on Sunday, May 18th in the order they were received from Monday, May 19th onwards.

・If you wish to store your luggage after check-out on Sunday, May 18th, please collect it by 5:00 p.m.

・On Monday, May 19th, baggage storage before check-in will begin at 8:00.

<About parking lot usage>

・Guests using the parking lot on Sunday, May 18th are requested to leave the parking lot by 1:00 PM after checking out.

・The parking lot will be available from 14:00 on Monday, May 19th.
