We are excited to announce a collaboration between THE BELCOMO and Fuglen Tokyo, a café & bar originating from Oslo, Norway (located in Yoyogi, Tokyo). This special collaboration will take place from Friday, April 4th to Tuesday, May 6th.

During the collaboration period, all coffee drinks served at THE BELCOMO will be made using Fuglen's coffee beans. Additionally, during bar hours, we will be offering Espresso Martini, a signature cocktail from Fuglen Tokyo.

For drip coffee, we will be using Didimo Guzman from Colombia, which offers a well-balanced harmony of mild fruitiness and rich sweetness. For espresso-based drinks such as café lattes, we will be using Danche Espresso from Ethiopia, which delivers an intense, fruit-like richness followed by a lingering dark chocolate aroma.

To kick off the collaboration, we will be hosting a special bar event on Friday, April 4th, and Saturday, April 5th, featuring Seiji Ogiwara from Fuglen Tokyo as a guest bartender. Guests can enjoy not only Espresso Martini but also a selection of Fuglen Tokyo's original cocktails during this exclusive event.
