WEDDING REPORTウェディングレポート

In a relaxed, casual style
Filled with care and thoughtfulness
A day to capture your unique perspective

Timing: February 2026
Wedding style: Civil ceremony
Number of attendees: 36

Wedding Report

The bride, who has attended numerous wonderful wedding ceremonies,
initially thought that having a wedding ceremony might not be necessary.
However, when the groom asked, "Are you really sure?",
their search for a venue began.

Among the many wedding venues available, you were captivated by the atmosphere of our venue.
We are delighted to assist you with this once-in-a-lifetime important day.

Wedding Dress

The bride's first dress was selected from NUMBER5.
ALLEGRO GOWN by MATICEVSKI, a brand based in Melbourne, Australia.

A garment with an eye-catching, structured design.
The design, stripped of sweetness and featuring an edgy elegance, blends seamlessly with the sophisticated urban setting of our venue, enhancing the bride's dignified charm.

Flower Decorations

Flower arrangement by yui flower tokyo
The floral arrangement's color scheme is white and green,
featuring the bride's favorite tulips.

A symbolic tree was placed behind the couple's main table.
The main focus is on the beautiful, glossy green of the Japanese Andromeda (Pieris japonica), with touches of white added to the arrangement.

Ceremony

A wedding ceremony created together with your guests.

Before the wedding ceremony, the couple had their guests sign a board they prepared.
For the color guessing game for the bride's second dress, guests picked out the ribbon of the color they thought was correct.

In addition, they distributed original playing cards to be used in the wedding ceremony and reception.
They made efforts to ensure that guests would enjoy an exciting experience from the moment they arrived.

The bride entered the venue escorted by her beloved parents.
From the parents who have lovingly raised her to the groom,
with a firm handshake, the warm baton is passed, and the bride takes a step towards the groom.

During the ring exchange, a surprise was created using playing cards distributed to guests at the reception.
Despite being a bit shy about being unexpectedly chosen, the guest happily delivered the ring with a smile.
The entire venue was enveloped in warm applause.

The form of vows the couple chose was heartfelt letters to each other.
In front of their cherished guests, they conveyed their sincere feelings
through the words they carefully crafted.

Wedding Party

Guests eagerly looked through the profile books and message cards prepared by the couple,
their faces filled with delight.
With hearts swelling with anticipation for the special time about to begin,
they eagerly awaited the couple's entrance.

The couple wanted everyone to enjoy themselves in a relaxed and casual manner,
and they carefully prepared everything with the attending guests in mind.
The party is about to begin!

The bride changed her hairstyle and accessories for the wedding ceremony.
The hairstyle is a loosely curled, high, relaxed ponytail.
The clean, streamlined back is complemented by large, striking pure white earrings that dangle beautifully.
This is a sophisticated outfit that is both stylish and playful.

Food

A variety of dishes conceived by the couple together with the chef.
The bride loves cold soup, so we made it the first dish at her request.
And the two of them have roots in Fukuoka and Kagoshima.
We treated our guests to dishes made with an abundance of local ingredients.

AMUSE
Potage made with aged May Queen variety potatoes from Hokkaido.
Rossi Premium Prosciutto

COLD APPETIZER
Mozzarella from Takeshima-san, Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture
Ameera tomatoes from Yanagisawa Farm in Karuizawa
Horse meat tartare from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture

HOT APPETIZER
Milanese-style Wakamatsu vegetables with bottarga from Fukuoka Prefecture

FISH
Grilled tilefish with scales, mushroom risotto, truffles

MEAT
Kagoshima Prefecture Black Beef Fillet with Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

DESSERT
Ricotta cheese gelato
Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture

At the reception, on the board where everyone signed,
the couple completes it by adding their signatures in a signing ceremony.

With everyone watching, there was a heartwarming moment as they pondered where to write, and it was successfully completed.
The finished board was then unveiled to everyone.

The party is now moving on to the intermission.
The bride was accompanied by her adorable relatives' children.
Then, the groom made his exit with his younger brother, who was a surprise choice for him.

After enjoying the profile video that the couple made themselves,
the couple, having changed their outfits, are making their re-entrance.

I also selected my second dress from NUBER5.
2.16 Rumi Gown by HARRIETTE GORDON, a brand originating in Australia
The delicate ribbon textile adorning the entire garment exudes a unique presence.
The fabric, which sways lightly with every step, is a highly stylish piece that perfectly matches the couple's relaxed party style.

The bride works for an apparel company, and the groom's stylish attire reflects their personal tastes.
There was even a moment where the couple personally explained the fashion points.

It's time to reveal the answer to the ribbon everyone chose in the dress color guessing quiz at the reception.
The correct choice for the second dress is, surprisingly, "white."
The bride's stylish surprise brought the entire venue to a frenzy of excitement.

For those who got the dress color wrong, we'll treat you to a surprise using original playing cards.
A gift was presented to the owner of the card chosen by the couple.

The couple's sincere desire to make their guests happy touched everyone's hearts.
The entire venue was enveloped in a happy sense of unity.

In the second half, the focus was on meals and conversation, allowing the bride and groom to deepen their interactions with the guests.
The bride and groom themselves went to greet the guests.
A warm and luxurious time flows as guests toast, chat, and enjoy taking photos.

At the conclusion of the wedding reception, the bride reads a letter to her parents.
She expresses her gratitude for the care and love they have given her.
She carefully weaves together the feelings that were difficult to express in everyday life.

A warm and gentle time, a mix of smiles and tears.
Everyone in the venue shared in their feelings and watched over the couple as they embarked on their new beginning.
