[SHIKAKU] Obanzai Night Limited on Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th

"Obanzai, Traditional Japanese cuisine to the world"

Restaurant owner and food designer Ayaka Wada will be hosting an "Obanzai Night" at the hotel's Japanese counter restaurant "SHIKAKU" for two nights only, on Friday, October 18th (金) and Saturday, October 19th (土).

As modern food trends and food diversification progresses, obanzai can easily be adapted to suit a variety of food cultures, religions, and food preferences.
There is a future where we can enjoy food that caters to a diverse range of food cultures, including religion, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets.
The universal appeal of "home cooking" is unmatched in any country, and it is everyday Japanese food that best expresses "mother's cooking" and "home cooking."
