[Event Confirmed!] Blue Fest 2026: A food festival to experience the future of the ocean.
"Blue Festival 2026," an event that conveys the "future of the ocean" through cuisine, will be held at THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL!
29 top chefs will gather at THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL for World Oceans Day.
Chefs for the Blue, a general incorporated association,
"Blue Fest 2026," a food festival celebrating the future of the ocean, will be held on World Oceans Day, June 8th.
Now in its second year, this event is a large-scale gathering of top chefs who are members of Chefs for the Blue.
Towards the common goal of connecting Japan's world-renowned food culture to the future, we will provide an opportunity to experience "sustainable seafood," which is still relatively unfamiliar in Japan.
