The raw materials for Minimal's chocolate are only cacao beans and sugar.

The brand name "Minimal" is derived from the manufacturing method of "subtraction", which uses only the minimum amount of materials.

In pursuit of delicious chocolate that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients,

The idea is to focus on the minimum amount of raw material, Cacao.

In order to select the cacao beans, we visit cacao farms around the world, select and purchase high quality cacao beans,

We take it back to our own workshop and adjust the roasting time and concentration in 1-second and 1% increments depending on the type of cacao beans.

The entire process of manufacturing the chocolate is carefully layered until it becomes chocolate.

As a result, Minimal's chocolate has various flavors, bitterness, sweetness, acidity, and taste depending on the type.

With the hope that as many people as possible can enjoy the unique taste of each chocolate,

This time, we are using a different type of Minimal chocolate for each of the afternoon tea sweets.

We bring out the individuality of each chocolate and make it easy for you to enjoy it until the end.

A spring-like finish with refreshing fruits such as lemon and pear.
