The hotel's Italian restaurant, Rossi, has been renovated and reopened as a more casual trattoria.

The a la carte Italian cuisine can be enjoyed casually, using the finest and freshest ingredients selected from our travels and visits to producers all over the country.

The open kitchen with its realistic atmosphere has been updated to a space where you can feel the real Italy with its sounds and aromas.
